I cannot find the game.
Ask for the six-character game code first. If the keeper chose to make the game discoverable, try the team-name search or nearby-field action. A game that is not discoverable will not appear in open search.
ScoreGlance support
Start with the short path that matches what went sideways. If it is still a mess, send feedback without leaving more private game context than you need to.

The private keeper link is intentionally separate from the public watch link. Check the browser or phone that started the game, or ask the current keeper for the current private link. If scoring moved, an older keeper key no longer works. ScoreGlance cannot reconstruct a lost private capability from an account because there are no accounts.
The keeper can use Undo last for the most recent action, then use the score-fix and catch-up tools when a broader correction is needed. Spectators can offer an observation when the board asks, but the keeper decides what becomes official.
iPhone web push requires a compatible Safari version and the site added to the Home Screen. If notifications are unavailable, the watch link still works normally. Check browser notification permissions after adding the site to the Home Screen.
Games expire after 48 hours of inactivity. Discoverable entries also age out after 12 hours. Deleted or expired games cannot be recovered, so treat a live board as a current-game tool rather than permanent history.
Names stay in browser-local storage by default. A roster shared in a private URL fragment is not sent to ScoreGlance servers, but anyone who receives that private link can open it. If the fragment was removed, there is no server-side roster copy to restore.
Open the field poster from the product front door, or use the keeper's sharing tools for the current game. Posters and QR codes are optional ways to share; the ordinary watch link works too.
Choose Privacy or deletion in the feedback form and include only the minimum information needed to describe the issue. Do not paste a keeper link, game code, roster link, player name, or live game state.
