Agreement and service description
These terms govern your use of ScoreGlance, a free browser service for creating and following live baseball and softball scoreboards. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and consistently with these terms.
Eligibility and youth teams
ScoreGlance is intended for adult volunteers and spectators around youth sports. Adults responsible for a team or player should decide whether they have permission to enter or share team and player information.
Public watch links and private capabilities
Public watch links and game codes are shareable and may be visible to anyone who receives them. Private keeper capabilities and private roster artifacts should be shared only with people you trust. You are responsible for protecting any private capability you choose to copy, store, or send.
Your submitted content
You are responsible for team names, player names, feedback, and other content you enter or share. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have permission to share.
Acceptable use and abuse prevention
Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, use private keeper access without permission, or use the service to harass people. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access used for abuse.
Unofficial scoreboard
ScoreGlance is a convenience and informational tool. It is not an official scorebook, umpire, league authority, emergency service, or permanent record. Resolve official disputes, standings, and scoring decisions through your league, officials, and official recordkeeping process.
Availability, expiration, and changes
Games are intentionally short-lived and expire after inactivity. We may change, interrupt, limit, or discontinue the service without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or permanent history.
Sponsorship and third-party destinations
ScoreGlance may show sponsor or third-party links. Those destinations are separate services, and their content and policies are their own. Your use of an outbound link is your choice.
Intellectual property and permission to use
ScoreGlance and its software, design, and marks are protected by applicable law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, score accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent storage. To the extent permitted by law, ScoreGlance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe it is needed to address abuse, security, legal obligations, or service operation.
Changes to these terms and contact
